Sarah Johnson - Ortho Production Manager/ LiDAR Analyst

Background

Sarah was born and raised in Eustis, Florida, where she always had a love for new places and faces. This led to her interest in Geography at a young age and later on a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Florida. While at the University of Florida, she became interested in GIS and aerial surveying practices. After joining ASPRS during her senior year of college, Sarah was opened up to a whole new realm in the mapping industry; as well as, a new outlook for the future. Sarah currently works for Eartheye as an Imagery Specialist/Orhtophoto Production Manager and LiDAR Analyst.

Philosophy

Work hard, Play hard! There is no greater satisfaction than seeing a final product delivered after long hours and persistent group effort put forth. A team that works well together in all aspects big and small has a greater chance of success in the long run. I have found that finding others that you get along with in all work and non-work settings tends to eliminate unneeded stress and opens the door for innovative ideas.
